Optional Castor Wheel Set (HRCASTOR)

The HRCASTOR Castor Wheel Set is designed to make your pool reel mobile without compromising stability. Each HRCASTOR set (sold separately) includes four durable, lockable castor wheels made from high-impact black polymer. These castors are compatible with all models of the Endurance reel, including both the fixed-height and adjustable T-frame styles, as well as the Pegasus reel. The set comes with a spanner for easy tightening into the threaded inserts of the end frame, ensuring secure attachment and smooth mobility.

Positioning a reel on the pool:

A reel should span the width of the pool with a 15cm overlap on each side. For example, for a pool 5.2m wide, use a tube extending to 5.5m to straddle the pool. Positioning the reel at the end of the pool may cause the straps and cover to rub on the pool edge, leading to extra wear and premature failure of the straps.

Note: A reflective over-cover is supplied with every new reel. When a solar cover is rolled up on the reel, the over-cover should ALWAYS be placed on top. The over-cover protects your solar cover from irreparable damage caused by overheating such as ‘roller burn’.
