Do EvoLV pool lights need to be installed by an electrician?
Yes. EvoLV pool lights are permanently installed pool luminaires and must be installed by a suitably qualified person in accordance with AS/NZS 3000 (Wiring Rules) and local regulations.
Do EvoLV pool lights require a transformer?

Yes. EvoLV pool lights can be operated from a standard wall switch or compatible controller. Operation varies by model, with single-colour lights providing on/off control and multi-colour models allowing colour selection and effects via switch operation or compatible controllers. For enhanced control, multi-colour models can also be used with the Aqua-Quip InstaTouch Smart Lighting Controller, which allows colour selection, brightness adjustment, and lighting zone control.
