The Astral Pool Venting Kit (Part No. 78366) is a genuine spare part designed for safe and efficient chemical delivery in Astral Pool eQuilibrium, RolaChem, and Halo dosing systems. This kit includes vented caps and tubing for secure acid or chlorine container connections and helps prevent vapour build-up and backflow.

Compatible with 5L, 15L, and 25L drums, the kit includes two cap sizes and pre-cut tubing lengths. A built-in non-return valve ensures one-way chemical flow to the dosing pump.

Installation Overview:

• Place chemical drums at least 1 metre horizontally from the controller in a well-ventilated area.
• Do not place acid drums beneath equipment to prevent corrosion.

• Cut the white suction tube to suit container size:
  • 25L: Use full length
  • 15L: Cut to ~265mm
  • 5L: Cut to ~250mm
• Insert the clear PVC tube between the lid and the dosing pump inlet.
• Fit the non-return valve in the clear tube – check correct orientation (you should be able to blow into it toward the pump).
• Connect outlet hose from the acid pump to the injection point on the return line after the chlorinator cell and after the probe locations.
• Soften tube ends with warm water to ease fitting over barbs.
