For best performance, clean the filter basket after each pool cleaning cycle, especially when the pool has leaves, sand, fine debris or a heavier debris load. A full or blocked filter can reduce suction and affect cleaning performance.

Check that the filter basket is clean and correctly fitted, then inspect the suction inlet, outlet, brush area and tracks for trapped leaves, hair or debris. If the cleaner is moving but leaving debris behind, the filter may need cleaning or a finer optional filter may be more suitable for the debris type.

Remove the cleaner from the pool, allow it to drain, and make sure the charging area and charging connection are dry before connecting the charger. Do not charge the cleaner while it is wet around the charging connection.

After use, remove TurboSweep from the pool, empty and rinse the filter, allow the cleaner to dry, and store it in a cool, dry, shaded place. Avoid leaving the cleaner in the pool permanently or storing it in direct sunlight for long periods.

For longer-term storage, fully charge the cleaner before storing it, then recharge it every three months to help maintain the battery. The battery should ideally be kept between 40% and 60% charge during storage.

First check the battery level, filter basket and moving parts. Remove any debris caught around the brush, tracks, wheels or suction area. If the cleaner has stopped near the pool edge, it may have completed its cycle or parked for retrieval.

Wall climbing can be affected by a dirty filter, low battery, slippery pool surfaces, water chemistry, debris caught in the tracks or brush, or an unsuitable cleaning mode. Clean the filter and check the tracks and brush before restarting the cleaner.

Check that TurboSweep has enough battery charge and that the remote or app is within operating range. For the remote, check the batteries and make sure there is no obstruction between the remote and floating antenna tail. For app control, check your Bluetooth or WiFi connection and reconnect if needed.

It is best to wait until pool chemicals are fully mixed and the water is within the recommended operating range before using the cleaner. Always follow the chemical manufacturer’s instructions and avoid using the cleaner in unbalanced or freshly treated water.
