Designed for pools up to 3 meters deep, the Telsa 30 uses a powerful 7.4V motor to provide strong suction. Equipped with a pivoting suction head and a 0.55L debris collection bag, this cleaner easily picks up all kinds of debris, making it an essential tool for maintaining clean and clear water.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why won’t the Telsa 30 start when it is placed in the water?
Ensure the cleaner is fully submerged so the water level covers the magnetic ON/OFF switch. Check that the filter bag and canister are fitted and locked correctly. If it still does not start, recharge the battery fully and clean the charging contact plates.
What minimum water level is required for the magnetic ON/OFF switch to activate correctly?
The water must be above the ON/OFF switch when the cleaner is held vertically. Operating below this level can prevent activation and may damage the unit.
Why does the vacuum stop during use or run for less than the expected time?
This is commonly caused by a low battery charge, a blocked impeller, or a full filter bag. Clean the filter, check for debris around the impeller, and recharge the battery. Over time, reduced runtime can also indicate normal battery wear.
What should I check if suction feels weak or debris is not being collected effectively?
Inspect and clean the filter bag, ensure the suction head is fitted correctly, and check the impeller area for obstructions with the unit switched off. A clean filter is essential for maintaining suction.
Why is debris escaping back into the pool after vacuuming?
Debris can escape if the filter bag is damaged, the suction nozzle flap is worn, or the outlet valve is not seated correctly. Inspect these components and replace any damaged parts.
Why won’t the Telsa 30 charge?
Ensure the charging contact plates are clean and dry and that the charging base is correctly attached. Charge the unit indoors using the supplied adaptor. If the indicator does not illuminate or charging does not begin, the adaptor or battery may require assessment.
How often should the filter bag be cleaned, and what happens if it is overloaded?
The filter bag should be emptied and rinsed after each use. An overloaded filter restricts water flow, reduces suction, and shortens operating time.
Can the Telsa 30 be used on fibreglass or vinyl-lined pools safely?
Yes. The cleaner is suitable for fibreglass and vinyl-lined pools. Keep the brushes fitted to help protect the surface and avoid excessive pressure during use.
How long should I wait after shocking the pool before using the Telsa 30?
Wait at least 24–48 hours after shocking or adding concentrated chemicals and ensure the water has fully circulated before using the cleaner.
What is the correct way to store the Telsa 30 after use?
Rinse the cleaner with fresh water after each use and allow water to drain fully. Dry the charging contact plates and store the unit indoors, away from heat, direct sunlight, and pool chemicals.
Why does the vacuum sometimes activate unexpectedly when it is switched off?
The magnetic switch can be triggered by nearby magnetic objects. Move the cleaner away from magnets or magnetic surfaces to prevent accidental activation.
