Why is the suction weak or debris not being collected properly?
Check whether the filter bag is full or blocked. Inspect the impeller area for debris with the unit switched off. Ensure the filter bag is fitted correctly and the side extensions are properly attached.
Why does the vacuum stop suddenly or indicate a clog?
The safety mechanism stops the impeller when clogging occurs. Remove the vacuum from the water, turn it off, and clear debris from the impeller or filter bag. If the impeller is damaged, it may require replacement.
