How It Works

Cloudy water is often caused by microscopic particles that remain suspended due to electrical charge and water movement. These particles are too small to be effectively captured by standard sand or cartridge filtration.

Lo-Chlor Maxi-Floc Plus neutralises these charges and binds particles together using a polymer-enhanced flocculation process. Once combined, the heavier flocs settle naturally to the pool floor when circulation is paused.

This allows debris to be physically removed by vacuuming, restoring water clarity through controlled separation rather than extended filtration cycles.

How to Use

  • Ensure the pool is free from active algae before treatment.
  • Adjust pool water balance, ensuring pH is between 7.5 and 7.8.
  • Set the filtration system to RECIRCULATE or BYPASS, or remove filter elements where applicable.
  • With the pump running, evenly distribute the calculated dose around the pool.
  • Circulate briefly, then turn the pump off to allow particles to settle.
  • Allow 3–6 hours for debris to fully settle on the pool floor.
  • Vacuum settled material slowly, preferably to waste.
  • Clean the filter thoroughly after vacuuming and rebalance water if required.
