However, before my latest purchase, I purchased a Zodiac MX8 in February 2018 and was sadly disappointing and I was having trouble with it since June. I had my pool renovated... I had my pool renovated in August and on reconnecting the Zodiac it was not moving at all and does not appear to have any leaf matter restricting its movement. I was encouraged by Nick, an owner who welcomed me as a new customer as I have a different email address to notify the warranty section by email and I have done this twice and have received no acknowledgment. I have searched Zodiac warranty dealers and there are 2 in my area in Queensland. I would appreciate a response as this is still under warranty and I would like it fixed so I can at least give it away instead of throwing money down the drain. | ||
