Can I change the preset speeds?

Which speed should I use for everyday filtration?

Why does the pump run at high speed when it starts?

The pump starts slowly, then ramps up to high speed for the first 2 minutes to help with priming. After that, it switches back to the selected speed setting.

What should I check if the flow seems low?

Check that the pump is properly primed, the trap basket and filter are clean, the water level is high enough, and the lid seal is clean and seated correctly. Also check that the selected speed is suitable for the task and that the suction line is not drawing air.

How often should the trap basket be cleaned?

Check the trap basket at least once a week and empty leaves or debris before they restrict water flow. Keeping the basket clear helps maintain pump performance and efficiency.

Can this pump be used for suction cleaning?
