The Polaris W7230309 Back-Up Valve Mechanism is a genuine replacement component designed for use with Polaris pressure-side pool cleaners, including the 3900 Sport, 280, 380, and 180 series. This internal mechanism is responsible for triggering the back-up cycle every 3 minutes, allowing the cleaner to reverse and navigate away from steps, corners, and other obstructions.

Note: This part is the internal mechanism only and does not include the outer valve housing (sold separately).
