- All PoolBot pool cleaners sold in the market have been inspected and licensed for sale in accordance with local laws.
- The warranty period for the motor and PCB is two (2) years from the date of purchase, and the battery is covered for one (1) year. Consumable parts, including the filter basket, brushes, wheels, etc., are not covered under warranty.
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not valid for resale or any other form of transfer.
- Damage to the unit caused by improper use, unauthorised repair, or disassembly is not covered under PoolBot’s warranty.
- The order number or purchase record must be provided for any claim or repair within the warranty period.
