Why isn’t the pump priming or why is flow low?

Make sure the pool water level is above the skimmer opening, the pump basket and skimmer basket are clean, and the pump lid O-ring is clean and properly seated. Check that all valves are open and free of obstructions. The Eco Pro begins each cycle with a 5-minute high-speed priming sequence before returning to the selected speed.

Why does the pump stop and start again later?

This can occur if thermal protection activates due to high ambient temperature or restricted cooling airflow. Ensure the pump has shade and ventilation, keep vents clear of debris, and confirm baskets and impeller are clean. After cooling, the pump resumes normal operation.

Is it suitable for saltwater pools?

Yes. The Eco Pro is salt-ready for pools up to 5,000 ppm and also ideal for standard chlorinated pools. Materials are corrosion-resistant with a stainless-steel shaft and double-sealed motor.
