The Next Gen pH Link Module Sensor PCB (R0825200) is a genuine spare part for the Zodiac eXO iQ pH and Hydroxinator iQ pH chlorinator systems. This advanced sensor PCB plays a crucial role in the newly redesigned pH Link and Dual Link PCBAs, which have isolated pH and ORP measurements to reduce electronic disturbances caused by current leakage (such as from the filter pump).

The PCB is central to the eXO and Hydroxinator systems' improved pH regulation, which now features smarter proportional acid dosing:

  • The system dynamically adjusts dosing based on real-time pH levels, ensuring precise control and preventing fluctuations in pH.
  • Acid injection is triggered only when necessary, operating independently of pool size, based on the set point (between 6.8 and 7.6).
  • This results in more accurate pH management, helping to avoid equipment damage or pool imbalance.
