The Next Gen pH/ORP Dual Link Module Sensor PCB (R0825300) is a genuine spare part for the Zodiac eXO iQ Pro and Hydroxinator iQ Pro chlorinator systems. This advanced sensor PCB plays a crucial role in the newly redesigned pH Link and Dual Link PCBAs, which have isolated pH and ORP measurements to reduce electronic disturbances caused by current leakage (such as from the filter pump).

The PCB is central to the eXO and Hydroxinator systems' improved pH/ORP regulation, which now features smarter proportional dosing:

  • The system dynamically adjusts dosing based on real-time pH and ORP levels, ensuring precise control and preventing fluctuations.
  • Dosing is triggered only when necessary, operating independently of pool size, based on the set points (pH: 6.8 to 7.6; ORP: optimal chlorine levels).
  • This results in more accurate chemical management, helping to avoid equipment damage, pool imbalance, and excessive chemical use.
