Stabilised Sanitiser with Water-Quality Support

Zodiac Pool EZY Sanitiser is a slow-dissolving stabilised chlorine sanitiser for swimming pools. It helps control bacteria and algae, supporting cleaner outdoor pool water through regular sanitising and chlorine boost applications.

This Trichlor-based formula also contains sodium tetraborate pentahydrate for built-in water-conditioning support. Borates can assist with buffering pH from increasing, limiting algae growth, lowering chlorine demand and improving water clarity.

Dosage & Coverage

Initial dose: 100g-170g per 10,000 litres.
Maintenance dose: 25g per 10,000 litres.

Important Usage Information

Always test free chlorine, pH, Total Alkalinity and cyanuric acid before dosing, and follow the product label directions.
If cyanuric acid levels are above 100ppm, consider using a non-stabilised chlorine.
For pools with ORP probes or automated chlorinator controls, cyanuric acid should be kept low, as high stabiliser levels can affect probe performance.
Trichlor has a low pH of 2.5-3, so pH and Total Alkalinity should be tested regularly during use.
Do not mix with acids or other pool chemicals.

Recommended pool levels: free chlorine 2-4ppm, combined chlorine less than 0.2ppm, and cyanuric acid 10-50ppm. For ORP/probe systems, cyanuric acid should be kept under 20ppm.

This product is classified as Dangerous Goods. It is an oxidising solid, so keep away from heat, ignition sources, acids and combustible materials.

The right stabiliser level helps chlorine last longer in sunlight, but high cyanuric acid can reduce chlorine performance. If cyanuric acid is above 100ppm, a non-stabilised chlorine such as Zodiac Pool Chlorine may be more suitable.

Why should pH and Total Alkalinity be checked during use?

Trichlor has a low pH of around 2.5-3. Regular use can place downward pressure on pH and Total Alkalinity, so these levels should be tested and adjusted as part of normal water balance maintenance.
