How It Works

AquaSpa Chlorine Remover uses sodium thiosulphate to reduce chlorine or bromine present in fresh spa water. In the AquaSpa system, this product is used before AquaSpa sanitising begins, because the program is built around chlorine-free and bromine-free operation.

When new water is added to a spa or hot tub, residual chlorine or bromine from the source water can still be present. AquaSpa Chlorine Remover works by neutralising these residual sanitiser levels so the water is prepared for the rest of the AquaSpa system to be added correctly.

How to Use

  1. Fill, refill, or top up the spa with fresh water.
  2. Calculate the correct spa volume.
  3. Ensure the filtration pump is running.
  4. Add AquaSpa Chlorine Remover at the required dose.
  5. Leave the cover off and run the filtration pump only for 30 minutes after dosing.

Dosage & Coverage

  • Dosage: 12.5mL per 1,000 litres of spa water
  • Equivalent Dose: 1.25mL per 100 litres
