Why won’t the Kokido Telsa 10 turn on when submerged in the pool or spa?
Ensure the vacuum is fully submerged with the power button completely below the waterline. The unit will not operate unless the water level covers the switch area. Also check that the filter bag and front cover are fitted correctly and locked in place.
Why does the Telsa 10 stop running early or have a shorter runtime than expected?
A partially charged battery, a blocked impeller, or a full filter bag can reduce runtime. Fully recharge the unit, clean the filter bag, and inspect the impeller area for debris. Over time, lithium batteries naturally lose capacity.
Why is suction weak or debris not being picked up effectively?

Why is debris escaping back into the pool after vacuuming?
