I ordered a salt cell generic replacement on Sun 9 Dec 2012. I got the tracking advice the next day and knew what was happeing right from the beginning. Low and behold the cell was in and operating by 9.00am Tue 11 Dec 2012. Guys, that is great service. I would also like to add (without mentioning any brand names) my salt water chlorinator has never indicated in the green since new yet as soon as I turned it on with the new replacement generic cell I was surprised as it actualy functioned like the manual says it should. I guess time will tell re the generic cell however for the moment I can say thank you to Pool and Spa Warehouse for great trouble free service and sales. You will be my first look for other products.
