Should I clean the surface before applying it?

Yes. Apply Shimmer 'N' Seal to a clean surface so the polish and protective finish can spread evenly. Remove dirt, body oils and residue first.

Can it restore damaged acrylic or vinyl?

Shimmer 'N' Seal can improve the look of dull or weathered surfaces, but it will not repair cracks, deep scratches, peeling, structural damage or heavily deteriorated material.

Should I use Shimmer 'N' Seal or Cover Care?

Use Shimmer 'N' Seal for acrylic, vinyl and rubber spa or hot tub surfaces where a glossy polished finish is wanted. Use Cover Care for external vinyl spa covers, where a low-gloss, non-slick satin finish is preferred.

Can I use it on glass or sauna timber?

No. For glass, chrome or stainless steel, use Glass Glimmer. For sauna timber protection, use Sauna Shield.
