Nature2 Spa Stick: Rated for residential portable spas up to 2,000 L. Most swim spas exceed this volume, so the stick is generally not suitable for swim spas. (Ultra-compact swim spas under ~2,000 L are uncommon—please verify volume.) For larger volumes or built-in/inground setups, please contact our team for tailored mineral/oxidiser options.

How often should I run the robot?

As needed based on use and debris – many owners run a cycle several times per week. Always rinse the canister after each cycle.

Will minerals stain spa surfaces?

Pump/filtration run time?

Follow your spa’s guidance; as a rule of thumb, operate filtration at least ~4 hours daily for consistent water quality.

Can I leave the cleaner in the spa between cycles?

No. Remove SpaBot after each cycle, rinse the canister, and store it dry indoors (5–40 °C).

Please Note: SpaBot is not suitable for swimming pools. It is suitable for most spa/jacuzzi/hot tub surfaces and shapes — except spas with intricate seating and footwell designs and/or 90° floor/wall transitions. It is normal for SpaBot to float to the surface from time to time during a cleaning cycle and dive back in again. Turn off the spa pump and jets while using the cleaner.
Nature2 is compatible with approved oxidisers (e.g., modest chlorine) but not with bromine or biguanide systems; avoid copper-based algaecides.
