Suction seems weak — what’s wrong?
Check that the filter is properly installed and not clogged. Rinse it thoroughly before use. Make sure the debris bin is fully clicked into place.
The cleaner shuts down in shallow water — why?
Ensure water depth is at least 20 cm in Shallow Mode or 50 cm in Deep Mode. The unit will shut down automatically if water is too low.
How should I store the Pilot X1 during the off-season?
Fully charge the battery before storage, clean and dry the device, and close the charging port cover. Store in a cool, ventilated place indoors, and recharge every 6 months to maintain battery health.
