The Smarter Choice in Cordless Pool Cleaning
Meet the smarter, cordless way to keep your pool crystal-clear. AquaSense maps your pool, chooses an efficient path, and methodically cleans the floor, walls, and waterline – without hoses, tangles, or guesswork. Drop it in, tap start, and let it get on with a thorough clean while you get on with your day.

Behind the scenes, SonicSense ultrasonic sensing and CleverNav path planning work together to cover every zone with calm, deliberate passes (S-shape on floors, N-shape on walls and waterline). The dual-group (2×2) roller brushes lift stuck-on grime while fine filtration traps debris so water looks clearer after every cycle. A high-grip tracked drive and strong suction give it the confidence to climb and scrub, including curved/arc walls.

Everyday use is refreshingly simple. AquaSense sinks quickly to start, then parks at the waterline when it’s done or needs a recharge – easy to hook and lift. The cordless dock keeps charging and storage neat and dry, with no open charge ports to worry about. Use the Beatbot app to pick modes (Floor, Standard, Custom), check status, review cleaning history, and get OTA updates.
Compatible with in-ground and above-ground pools of virtually any shape and surface, AquaSense delivers a consistently clean pool with less effort – and no cords.

Frequently Asked Questions
What type of pool is AquaSense suitable for?
Works in in-ground and above-ground pools of any shape (rectangular, round, kidney, freeform) and on common surfaces (concrete, tiled, vinyl, fibreglass).

Can I use it in a saltwater pool?
Yes. AquaSense is safe up to 5,000 ppm salinity, which covers typical domestic salt pools.
Why does the robot not move or moves slowly on the floor?
Turn off circulation/heating before cleaning. The robot may be stuck on a drain or obstacle – assist with the retrieval hook if it doesn’t free itself in a few minutes. If the pool is very dirty, clean the filter basket to restore flow.
Why isn’t it following an S-shaped path on the floor?
On curved wall-to-floor junctions or complex shapes the robot can switch to a deeper coverage mode. MultiZone mode may also alter the pattern for targeted areas.
It won’t charge – what should I check?
Confirm the dock is powered, the robot is correctly seated, and the charging pins on both dock and robot are clean (remove rust/debris). Reseat and try again.
Why does it show as offline in the app?
Wi-Fi disconnects underwater or when out of range/powered off. It will reconnect when docked and powered. If needed, reset Wi-Fi and reconnect (router name/password changes can require reconnection).
How do I update the firmware (OTA)?
In the app: Settings → Firmware Upgrade. Keep the robot on the dock with sufficient battery and ensure a stable network during the update.
What should I do if the filter basket is clogged?
Empty and rinse the top-load basket. At the first clean of the season or after long idle periods, heavy sediment can block flow – clean, then consider running the pool circulation to clear remaining fine debris faster.
Why did the robot return before the battery was empty?
It returns early to avoid deep discharge and to report status reliably, which helps extend battery life. Resume cleaning after charging if needed.
What routine maintenance is recommended?
After each use: remove hair/sand from the outlet, tracks, and brushes; clean the filter; and wipe the ultrasonic sensors so they’re unobstructed. Rinse the unit with fresh water, especially after salt or heavily chlorinated use.
How should I store the robot?
Store indoors in a cool, dry place away from direct sun, rain, and frost. Keep away from extreme temperatures and open flames. Power off when storing and protect from dust for long periods.
Long-term storage and battery care
For extended storage, disconnect power, check the battery at least every 6 months, and charge to ~50% before returning to storage to help preserve battery health.
Operating depth and usage limits
Recommended water depth is 0.5 m to 3 m. Do not operate in very shallow paddling pools or out of water. Ensure steps/platforms have sufficient width and water depth to be cleaned effectively.
Why is there water in a new machine?
Each unit is water-tested at the factory. A small amount of residual water is normal and does not indicate a fault.
