InverMAC Technology
Madimack’s enhanced inverter technology, InverMAC, provides precise control of motor speed and energy usage across the range. By adapting power output to demand, InverMAC delivers greater efficiency, quieter operation, and longer equipment life. This proprietary technology underscores Madimack’s leadership in sustainability and innovation for modern pool systems.

Key Features
- High-performance self-cleaning cell: Guarantees over 10,000 hours of operation, with intelligent control that minimises strain and extends cell life.
- Low TDS compatibility: Efficient chlorine production from ultra-low salt or mineral levels (1200–6000 ppm), keeping pools sanitised even at reduced concentrations.
- WiFi app control: One-click simplicity with real-time status, water chemistry updates, and remote adjustments from your smartphone.
- Smart alerts & notifications: Stay informed with reminders for low salt or abnormal conditions, removing the guesswork from pool care.
- Modular cell design: Streamlined installation for both new and retrofit pools, with integrated electrode, flow switch, and optional pH control.
- Adaptive inverter technology (InverMAC): Controlled performance with full inverter output for greater efficiency, lower running costs, and longer equipment life.
- Synchronised intelligence: Coordinates seamlessly with Madimack heat pumps, allowing them to run independently of filtration/chlorination cycles on the same pump.
- UV-protected touch screen LCD: Durable, outdoor-ready front cover with intuitive controls and easy configuration.
- Compact, robust design: Built for reliable operation and simple installation in Australian conditions.
- Peace of mind warranty: Backed by a 4-year replacement warranty covering all critical components.
Optional Upgrade: InverCHLOR pH Doser
Enhance your system with the InverCHLOR pH Doser – an automated acid dosing accessory that keeps your water chemistry balanced at all times. By precisely delivering diluted acid during operation, it eliminates the need for manual dosing, protects pool surfaces and equipment, and improves chlorine efficiency. The Doser integrates seamlessly with the InverCHLOR controller via the DOSER port, providing hands-free pH management with simple installation and minimal maintenance.
Smarter Pool Care Made Simple
Pool care shouldn’t feel like hard work. InverCHLOR combines smart technology, robust design, and inverter efficiency to keep your water sparkling with less effort. From ultra-low salt compatibility to real-time app control, it delivers consistent results and long-term savings while protecting your pool equipment. Backed by a 4-year replacement warranty, InverCHLOR is the intelligent choice for hassle-free, energy-efficient sanitisation.

Frequently Asked Questions:
How do I install the InverCHLOR?
- Controller placement: Mount vertically in a well-ventilated area, away from chemical fumes and direct weather.
- Cell housing: Install horizontally as the last component before water returns to the pool; keep ~200 mm of straight pipe on inlet/outlet and position at the highest point of the return line.
- Flow direction & unions: Follow the marked flow direction. Use the supplied 40/50 mm unions; avoid primer/cement on O-rings and threads.
- Start-up tip: Add salt/minerals with the pump running and allow to dissolve before switching on; then set clock, timers, and output.

How do I connect the InverCHLOR?
- Power off: Isolate mains power before any wiring.
- Cell lead: Plug the cell cable into the CELL port on the controller.
- Circulation/pump control (if used): Wire according to the controller labels so the unit runs only when there is flow.
- Optional pH Doser: Connect to the DOSER port with the supplied cable; run suction/dosing tubes and fit the one-way injection tee.
- Finalise setup: Restore power, set clock/timers, select Salt or Mineral mode, and confirm output/alerts.

What salt or mineral levels do I need?
Operating range is 1200–6000 ppm. Ideal levels are around 3000 ppm for salt systems or ~4200 ppm for mineral systems. Add with the pump running, allow time to dissolve, and always re-test before adjusting output.
Does the cell need maintenance?
InverCHLOR uses reverse polarity for automatic self-cleaning. If manual cleaning is required, remove the cell and soak the plates in a suitable cleaner or a 1:10 hydrochloric acid solution (always add acid to water). Rinse thoroughly before reinstallation.
What are the recommended water balance levels?
- Free Chlorine: 1–3 ppm
- pH: 7.2–7.6
- Total Alkalinity: 80–120 ppm
- Calcium Hardness: 200–300 ppm
- Cyanuric Acid (stabiliser): 20–50 ppm (0 ppm indoors)
- Salt/Minerals: 3000 ppm salt or ~4200 ppm minerals (Operating range 1200–6000 ppm)
What happens if the flow stops?
The air/flow protection will trigger a low-flow alert to protect the cell. Once circulation is restored, clear the alert and resume normal operation.
