Shipping Policy
Same Day Dispatch
Same-day dispatch applies to orders received before 12.00pm (AEST) during business days. Orders received after 12.00pm and on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Orders are dispatched daily from our warehouse in Penrith, Sydney during business hours.
Festive Season Delivery Delays:
During the Christmas and New Year's festive season, unexpected delays beyond our control may occur due to high demand and logistical challenges faced by our delivery partners. While we’re working hard to ensure prompt dispatch, we appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time.
Delivery Fees
Delivery incurs a flat fee of $16.95 per order Australia-wide, no matter how many products are in it. Note: Due to their bulky nature, orders containing sand filters, acoustic boxes, heat pumps, pool covers and pool slides may incur additional fees as they will be shipped with specialized carriers.

We take full responsibility for the safe arrival of the products that you order from us. We will replace at our expense any product that arrives in not working conditions or is damaged during transit. Click here for details
Shipping Carrier
Most parcels are shipped via Australia Post eParcel. Bulky items such as sand filters and heaters are shipped via StarTrack couriers. Both delivery services are secure and reliable and each parcel carries a barcode with a tracking number allowing us to fully track your parcel.
Tracking of Shipments
When we dispatch your goods, a Tracking Number is emailed to the email address you provided at the time you placed your order. This allows you to track the item at the shipper’s website. Please note that an accurate email address must be provided to be able to track your order.
Acceptance of Delivery
A signature will be required on delivery and if you are not home to receive your parcel, a delivery card will be left in your letterbox informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-delivery. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch and are not refundable. With this in mind, it's best to supply a work delivery address whenever possible (ensure you can accept them at work).

Pool & Spa Warehouse cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Occasionally, some delays may occur from our carriers that we have absolutely no control over. In these circumstances, Pool & Spa Warehouse will not be liable for any delays, expenses or damages incurred.
