What Pool Cover Should I Get for my Pool?

Pool covers stop water evaporation, reduce the consumption of chemicals and make it easier to maintain your pool. Solar covers have the added benefit of heating your pool water.

There are three factors you should consider:

• Durability: Dictated by the thickness of the material, which is measured in microns. The higher the micron rating, the longer the cover will last. Higher micron rated covers come with longer warranty.
• Heating: Translucent pool covers heat up the pool water as they absorb the heat from the sun, while opaque ones don't. For warmer climates like WA, NT and some areas of northern QLD you may want to chose a non heating cover.
• Handling: Reels will make the job of fitting and removing the cover in your pool much easier and convenient.
